So we are already half way done with 2015, but I still saw this article from the Creative Bloq that discusses what "DesignStudio", an award winning Ad agency out of the UK and San Francisco predicts will be the trends in design and web design for 2015. This may not relate to all of our San Francisco Bay area based and nationwide entrepreneurs, but it does give some insight on where webdesign, graphic design, branding and even product design maybe going for the rest of 2015.
The predictions they have include:
A a move from being "authentic", to be more "design-led"
The article discussed the fact that the economy is picking up and companies and brands being more confident, this allows them to be more creative in their advertising.
Brands to be even more disruptive
With companies like Uber and Airbnb, the article discusses the fact we may see more businesses, brands become more disruptive like the brands mentioned above.
New devices mean more means more platforms for communication
Everyday there seems to be a new device that comes out. The article discuss the opportunity for brands to expand their message to these new devices.
